Refund Policy

Every Lifting The Bar tee is printed to order, one at a time, after you buy it. Because of that:

Wrong size or change of mind: we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Misprint, damage, or wrong item: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the order, your choice.

Lost in transit: if your tracking shows no movement for 14 days, contact us and we'll reship or refund.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled or changed within a few hours of purchase, before production starts. After that, the order can't be changed.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
